Admission

The school admits students in classes Pre-Nursery to XII. Admission takes place in the month of March/April every year. All students seeking admission to various classes are required to get their names registered for admission from the first week of December of the preceding year. The new session starts from the first week of April.

Registration & Admission

Admission is Open for all classes subject to the availability of seats. Registration for the new session begins from November of each year. Enquiries for registration are entertained at the Reception counter. Applications for registration must be submitted on prescribed form along with the registration free (non-refundable). It must be accompanied with: –

  1. Birth certificate/school leaving certificate (in case of students coming from other schools)
  2. Three passport size colored photographs.

Transport

  1. Students desiring to use the school transport may apply to the Principal with the following details:
    1. Name of the child, class/section and bus stop.
  2. Parents desiring to discontinue bus service would require to intimate the Principal in writing at least one month in advances.
  3. In Case of emergency, such as in the following cases school may not Abe able to run the bus:
    1. Sudden break-down of the vehicle
    2. Sudden sickness of the driver.
    3. Shortage of diesel.
    4. Any other unavoidable incident.
  4. The Children will travel in the bus at the risk of the parents. School will however take precautions against risks.
  5. The buses will move on their definite routes. Children will be collected and dropped at the fixed bus stops.
  6. In case the child is collected by the parents from school before the bus time the fact must be brought to the notice of the concerned driver/conductor through The school office.

Re-Admission

If the name of a student is struck-off due to non-payment of dues or on account of his/her absence without leave for ten consecutive days, his/her admission entirely depends on the discretion of the Principal and the availability of seat. For it the child will have to pay re-admission fee and the arrears due.

Withdrawal

  1. A clear one month’s notice or tuition fee in lieu thereof is to be given when a student is to be withdrawn.
  2. In case of withdrawal, transfer certificate and security deposit will be released on clearance of the school dues.
  3. Security will be refunded ONLY if the application is made at the time of withdrawal of the student.
  4. For withdrawal in the month of April, application should be submitted before 30th of April otherwise fee for one month, that is for May will be charged.
  5. Advance fee, if paid, will be refunded as per rules in case the child withdraws his/her name from the school.

Note: All charges are subjected to alteration without any notice.

Tuition and transport fee for the respective installments must be paid in Bank of India, Dena Bank, HDFC Bank, Karur Vysya Bank, Axis Bank, State Bank of India G.T. Road, Mandi Gobindgarh through the fee booklet issued at the time of admission. Tuition fee can also be paid for the whole year in April.

In case the fee is not paid by the 1st day of the concerned month the name of the defaulting child shall be struck off from the school rolls.

REGISTRATION IS NO GUARANTEE FOR ADMISSION. ADMISSION WILL BE BASED ON AVAILABILITY OF SEATS AND MERIT.
